Testimonials

My students feel the love and positivity that I project towards them to propel them towards acheiving their goals!

The meditation sessions with Surbhi auntie have been extremely rewarding. After every evening session, I’ve slept very easily and been refreshed for days after. During the chakra meditations, I felt power collect near the different chakras as auntie was going through them. I felt the power especially around the third eye and crown chakras, where I felt a spiral energy circling me near that area of my body. I think that the method of teaching is effective as well. At first, I had trouble hearing the music and also auntie speaking, but in later sessions she shared the audio on Zoom, so I could hear everything very well. Overall, I found the different types of meditation to be interesting, and doing this lessons have definitely inspired me to pursue meditation and spirituality more seriously in the future. Thanks!

I was always passionate about meditation from many years. During meditation , I was yearning to see red colour which denotes root chakra. Finally today, I saw very light red colour. I had the feeling of blissfulness . Many thanks to Surbhi Batra. Her chakra meditation session was quite smooth and easy to follow along. She usually asks in the beginning about the options of background music . She makes her students as comfortable as possible so they can enjoy meditation to their fullest

I thank you from bottom of my heart for introducing me and my family to the PSSM and anapanasati meditation. It has benefited me in numerous ways. I have experienced chakra activation many times. Now, I feel more energetic, confident, and clarity in my thoughts. It helped me in calming my mind and better sleeping. I am blessed to have a friend like you.

I received under Surbhi Batra. I really enjoyed my experience with this mediation course. I didn’t find myself having those third eye opening experiences but I found that I was calmer and more attentive to my work. My wonderful teacher guided me throughout the process beautifully and I found comfort in assurance she provided. I will definitely continue on with my mediation experience.

  • Sit in a comfortable posture with your eyes closed, fingers from one hand locked into the other, legs crossed just like we sit normally, and focus on your normal breathing process going on. Once you start focusing on your natural breathing, you will slowly go into a meditative state when you no longer need to focus on the breathing and then you can focus on the experiences you have during meditation.

In the initial stages, you may experience a lot of thoughts while doing this process. Early on, this happens to everyone. What you have to do is develop a sense of awareness that you are getting a thought and try to shift your focus back onto your breath.

The more and more awareness you develop, the more cosmic energy you receive. It is a constant learning process and the final goal is to slowly get into a thoughtless state where you receive maximum energy. Remember that Rome was not built overnight. Practice is what makes allows for progress.

  • Meditation is the practice of trying to make your mind empty. To avoid distractions caused by aches in your body, sit in whatever manner makes you most comfortable.

  • You can meditate anytime and anywhere. Just lock your fingers, cross your legs and close your eyes and meditate. For beginners, experts suggest picking a specific time every day to practice meditation. This way the mind will adjust to the rhythm of meditation.

  • You can meditate as long as you want, but the rule of thumb is to at least meditate your age. For example, if you are 30 years old, a minimum of 30 minutes of meditation is recommended per day. More meditation is always encouraged and will help you along your spiritual journey.

  • You can move / re-position your legs until you feel comfortable, but do not open your eyes while you adjust yourself.

  • Gautama Buddha spent 6 years of his life talking to several gurus and practicing their ways of yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Out of all the different methods he practiced, he found out that focusing on breathing is the easiest and most effective way to reach a meditative state. His method is termed Anapanasati. (Ana – Inhale, Pana – Exhale, Sati – together)

  • Any soothing/relaxing instrumental music will help you to get into a meditative state easily. There are no restrictions on what music you use. However, after choosing, try to stick to the same music every time you meditate. That way, your body, and mind get tuned to this music and the music can act as a trigger to facilitate entering a meditative state.
